This is a fully guided headshot session designed for actors, creatives, and professionals who want images that actually feel like them — not a factory output. You’ll shoot in a relaxed, focused studio environment where comfort and collaboration come first. We can explore both clean, industry-standard headshots and more expressive portraits within the same session, shaping the shoot around your goals and the range you want to show.

Image Selection & Add-Ons

HAIR AND MAKE-UP

Hair and makeup aren’t provided as part of the session, but you’re welcome to approach it in whatever way feels best for you.

Many clients choose to do their own hair and makeup for a natural, familiar look, while others prefer to work with a professional artist. If you’d like recommendations, I’m happy to share a trusted list of artists you can book directly — or you’re always welcome to bring your own.

There’s no requirement either way. The goal is simply that you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself in front of the camera.

Extra Retouched Images: $50 per image

Entire Session Gallery (Color-Graded) – $150

• Receive the complete gallery of your images in high resolution, fully color-graded and delivered without watermarks — yours to download, keep, and use exactly as seen in your proofing gallery.

RUSH DELIVERY - $50

• Need your images sooner? Your final retouched images will be delivered within 48 hours of selection.

• Be punctual:
  Please make sure to arrive on time. Being late will result in less time in front of the camera.

• Deposits & Payment:
  A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve a session and is vital to secure your desired date and time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we allow rescheduling up to three days before the shoot no questions asked. However, rescheduling with less than three days’ notice leads to forfeiture of the deposit, ensuring that our business remains financially secure. We aim to be flexible by allowing up to two reschedules without losing the deposit, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful planning for your appointment. On the day of the shoot, upon completion, the remaining balance must be settled using ZELLE payment (preferred), personal check, Apple Tap-to-Pay* or Credit Card*
  (*~3% bank processing fee applies to Credit Card payments.)

• Refunds:
  We aim for you to love your photos and we will work hard to make your ideas a reality. Please understand we don't offer refunds. Your happiness matters most, so be ready for your photo session. Check the steps below for tips. We promise to do our best to create beautiful photos like those in our portfolio.
  

  • Tips for a Successful Shoot:
    
    1) Understand what you require.
    If you need to express something in your shots, such as a specific mood or emotion, or if your hair and makeup need to be styled in a particular way, or if your agent or manager requires a certain "look," it's important to communicate these details with us beforehand. Feel free to ask to review your images during the shoot to ensure everything is as you desire.
    2) It's a Collab
    We value honest feedback on your perspective of our portfolio. Your opinions help us enhance our work. While we appreciate creative freedom to excel, we welcome specific preferences on backgrounds or styles that don't align with your vision. Sharing your likes and dislikes ensures we deliver results that exceed your expectations.
    3) Be Prepared
    Bring clothes you like and feel good in, get enough sleep, plan your day, take care of your skin, see a stylist for haircut/color, shape brows (if needed), and schedule a makeup/hair appointment to feel comfortable.
    4) : And above all, participate.
    Your photos need life, passion, and authenticity. A headshot is more than a product; it's a collaboration between you and the camera. Like you're dedicated to your work on stage and screen, bring that same energy to capturing your true self. Enjoy the moment, put your energy into it, and let your personality come through. Stay focused, be actively involved, and let your inner light show in every picture.

• Copyrights & Usage: Actors are encouraged to utilize these images for self-promotion on their personal websites or those of their reps. They may also submit prints for job opportunities, upload to industry platforms such as IMDB. Kindly note that any commercial use or third-party utilization requires our permission. Should you have any concerns or queries regarding these usage guidelines, feel free to reach out for further clarification.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure a fair and efficient process for both our clients and staff, please take note of the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your scheduled session time. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice or are a no-show, your deposit will be forfeit and non-transferable, regardless of whether you plan on rescheduling or not. We regret that no exceptions can be made in this regard.

• Rescheduling Due to Weather: We understand that weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling. Therefore, we allow for one rescheduling of your session due to weather postponement.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our appointments and provide the best possible service to all our clients. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
