A Little “About Me”
Hey, I’m Chris. Born and raised in New Jersey—yes, the land of big hair, strong opinions, and even stronger coffee. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me lifting at the gym, flying my drone, or nerding out over the latest tech like the millennial cliché I fully embrace. And I’m also fluent in Spanish thanks to Dominican roots from my mom’s side. Ya tú sabes.
I wear a few hats creatively. I’m a photographer, but I’m also an actor—which, honestly, gives me a real advantage. I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the lens. The nerves, the angles, that split second where you’re thinking, “Do I actually look like myself right now?” I’ve worked on TV shows and national commercials, including (but not limited to) FBI, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Hightown, and a McDonald’s commercial that’s currently out in the wild. Shameless plug—but relevant.
Stylistically, I’m drawn to anything cinematic: moody light, strong contrast, images that feel more like film stills than content. I take inspiration from film noir, visual storytelling, and artists who fully commit to the work. Christian Bale, Daniel Day-Lewis, Leonardo DiCaprio—actors who disappear into their roles. Christopher Nolan and James Cameron—storytellers who think big and execute with intention. If Interstellar didn’t move you at least a little… bueno, we might need to talk.
At the core of it all, I just love creating images that feel honest. Freezing a moment. Catching something real. Helping people see themselves the way they want to be seen—confident, grounded, and compelling. Photography isn’t just something I do; it’s where everything I love—storytelling, performance, and connection—comes together.
So yeah. I take pictures.
Y me importa hacerlo bien.
